Works continue in the 5G Valley to train qualified human resources in 5G and Beyond topics. The 5G and Beyond Joint Graduate Support Program aims to train qualified human resources who will work in information, communication, and broadcasting technologies, as well as digital transformation topics.
The qualified human resources receiving educational support under the 5G and Beyond Joint Graduate Support Program are expected to play a critical role in the development of domestic and national high value-added products and technologies that will compete in our country and world markets. Additionally, the program aims for supported students to develop sustainable competencies in advanced communication technologies and produce outputs in various forms such as patents, projects, and articles through their thesis studies.
Students accepted to the program will continue their master's and doctoral studies in the 5G field at METU, Hacettepe, or Bilkent Universities while having the opportunity to develop themselves in 5G and Beyond technologies with professional guidance from mobile operators.
Those wishing to join the program must first be accepted to master's or doctoral programs in the Electrical-Electronics and Computer Engineering departments at METU, Hacettepe, and Bilkent Universities.
In this context, applications for the 2020-2021 Academic Year of the 5G and Beyond Joint Graduate Support Program have started for students accepted to master's and doctoral programs in the Electrical-Electronics and Computer Engineering departments at METU, Bilkent, and Hacettepe Universities.
Access to the Application Form and detailed information about the Support Program is available from the link below, and applications must be submitted to the universities where the candidates are studying both in person and via e-mail. The relevant contact information for the universities is provided below. Interviews will be conducted via video conference.
