As a result of the Market Surveillance and Inspection (PGD) activities conducted by our institution within the framework of the repealed Law No. 4703 on the Preparation and Implementation of Technical Legislation Relating to Products, Law No. 7223 on Product Safety and Technical Regulations, Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications, Radio Equipment Regulation (repealed Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Regulation (1999/5/EC)), Regulation on Market Surveillance and Inspection of Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment, and related legislation; the products belonging to the manufacturer listed below and specified in the same list with their type/brand/model have been found to be unsafe.
The supply to the market of these products, which have been found to be unsafe, has been prohibited, and it has been decided to recall the products available in the market.
