With the Board Decision dated 03.04.2019 and numbered 2019/DK-SRD/097; it has been decided to extend the transition period in the deregulation decision given for the access to mobile networks and call initiation market until finally 31.12.2019, to maintain the validity of the obligations previously imposed on Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. during the said period, and to initiate a study on the package tariffs of each of the three mobile network operators for the purpose of examining competitive concerns in the mobile market in terms of tariffs.
