The Information Technologies and Communication Authority will recruit 30 (thirty) permanent workers to work at its Central Service Building.
The details regarding the permanent worker recruitment are as follows:
A) The recruitment in question will be conducted through the Turkish Employment Agency between 15.09.2025 and 19.09.2025.
B) On 25.09.2025 at 14:00, a lottery draw will be held in the presence of a notary at the BTK Central Building Conference Hall to select 4 (four) times the number of hires as principal candidates and 4 (four) times as reserve candidates from the final list sent by İŞKUR.
C) Security Officer: 11 (eleven)
Cleaning Personnel: 13 (thirteen)
Cook: 1 (one)
Service Officer: 3 (three)
Pastry Chef: 1 (one)
Dishwasher: 1 (one)
D) General Conditions
1-To be a Turkish citizen.
2-To have completed 18 years of age.
3-Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; not to have been convicted of a crime committed intentionally for a prison sentence of one year or more, or crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against sexual integrity, crimes against public health, embezzlement, bribery, extortion, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging in the performance of contracts, money laundering from crime proceeds, smuggling or prostitution, even if pardoned.
4-Not to have an ongoing investigation or prosecution regarding crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, private life and hidden areas of life, sexual integrity, and drug or psychotropic substance crimes.
5-Not to have any relation with military service.
6-Candidates must not have any health problems and/or chronic illnesses that prevent them from continuously performing their duties.
7-Not to receive retirement, old-age or disability pension from any social security institution.
8-As of the last day of application, candidates must meet the requirements of the occupational category related to the job title they prefer, as shown in the table in the announcement attachment.
9-Candidates whose false statements are detected or who are later found not to meet the conditions may be terminated by the administration at any stage of the announcement/exam/starting work process.
10-Candidates who are eligible to take the oral exam but do not attend on the announced exam dates will be deemed to have lost their exam right.
11-Applications from those who have been dismissed from their positions or professions in accordance with the relevant disciplinary regulations of public institutions and organizations will not be accepted.
E) Special Conditions
Security Officer (Armed)
1-To be a graduate of at least high school or equivalent school.
2-As of 15.09.2025, not to have completed 30 (thirty) years of age.
3-To have successfully completed the basic security training specified in Article 14 of Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services (basic security training is not required for graduates of higher education institutions' faculties and colleges related to security).
4-Candidates are deemed to have accepted the shift work schedule, and there must be no obstacle to working in shifts.
5-Residency within the borders of Ankara province is required for applicants.
Cleaning Personnel
1-To be a graduate of at least high school or equivalent school.
2-As of 15.09.2025, not to have completed 30 (thirty) years of age.
3-Residency within the borders of Ankara province is required for applicants.
Dishwasher
1-To be a graduate of at least high school or equivalent school.
2-As of 15.09.2025, not to have completed 30 (thirty) years of age.

Cook

3-To be a graduate of departments related to Cooking from vocational and technical high schools or high schools providing tourism and hospitality education, or to hold a cooking certificate issued by institutions (MEB, MYK, etc.) demonstrating competency in cooking.
4-Residency within the borders of Ankara province is required for applicants.
Pastry Chef
1-To be a graduate of at least high school or equivalent school.
2-As of 15.09.2025, not to have completed 30 (thirty) years of age.
3-To be a graduate of departments related to Pastry and Bakery Products from vocational and technical high schools or high schools providing tourism and hospitality education, or to hold a pastry certificate issued by institutions (MEB, MYK, etc.) demonstrating competency in pastry/dough work.
4-Residency within the borders of Ankara province is required for applicants.
Service Officer
1-To be a graduate of at least high school or equivalent school.
2-As of 15.09.2025, not to have completed 30 (thirty) years of age.
