In accordance with the Decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority dated 20/09/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/407, Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, Postal Services Law No. 6475, the Council of Ministers Decision titled "Decision on the Application of Daylight Saving Time Throughout the Country for the Purpose of Making More Use of Daylight" published in the Official Gazette dated 08/09/2016 and numbered 29825, and relevant other legislation, it has been decided that operators/service providers authorized by our Institution to provide services in the electronic communications and postal sectors shall adjust the systems used in their infrastructures to the national time setting and take the necessary measures to prevent any grievances arising from time differences.
