Public Consultation on the Draft Reference Virtual Unbundled Local Access Offer of Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ

As a result of the market analysis conducted for the Wholesale Fixed Local and Central Access Markets, it is requested to approve the Reference Offer, which includes the provisions, conditions, and tariffs within the scope of the obligation imposed on Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., designated as the Operator with Significant Market Power, to provide Virtual Unbundled Local Access service, in the manner presented below.
