Solicitation of Public Comments on Planned Amendments to the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Examination and Supervision of Hardware and Software Investments to be Used in Operators' Networks

With the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority dated 18.01.2017 and numbered 2017/DK-YED/15, which approved and is currently in force, the “Procedures and Principles Regarding the Examination and Supervision of Hardware and Software Investments to be Used in Operators' Networks” (Procedures and Principles), for the purpose of making amendments thereto, with the Authority Decision dated 13.10.2020 and numbered 2020/İK-YED/287; it has been decided to publish on our Institution's website for a period of 30 (thirty) days, in order to obtain public opinions on the “Draft Procedures and Principles on Making Amendments to the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Examination and Supervision of Hardware and Software Investments to be Used in Operators' Networks”.

The current Procedures and Principles are included in Annex-1, while the draft planned for amendment is included in Annex-2, and your opinions regarding the draft in Annex-2 must be submitted to the e-mail address [email protected] by using the opinion submission form in Annex-3, at the latest by 30.11.2020.
