Following the market analysis conducted for the Wholesale Fixed Local and Central Access Markets, it is requested that the Reference Offer, which includes the provisions, conditions, and tariffs within the scope of the obligation imposed on Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ—designated as the Significant Market Power Operator—to provide Ethernet-Level Data Flow Access service, be approved as presented below.
