With the decision of the Authority dated 08.05.2017 and numbered 2017/DK-SRD/152, which was approved and entered into force, among the obligations imposed on Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., designated as the operator with significant market power in the "Fixed Network Call Origination Market," the request for the annulment and suspension of execution of the regulation titled "Price Squeeze Obligation (limited to voice services and call origination services offered within multi-service packages)" within the scope of the obligation to be subject to tariff control, as a result of the lawsuit filed by Turknet İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., with the decision of the Ankara 14th Administrative Court dated 12.06.2018 and numbered E.2017/3479, which was notified to our Authority on 31.10.2018, it was decided that "… the suspension of execution request of the disputed administrative act, which is clearly contrary to law and likely to cause irreparable or significant damages if implemented, be accepted without requiring a security pursuant to Article 27 of Law No. 2577." In order to implement the aforementioned court decision within the scope of Article 28 of the Administrative Procedure Law, with the Information Technologies and Communication Authority Decision dated 27/11/2018 and numbered 2018/DK-SRD/344;
· Approval of the revised version of the "Fixed Network Call Origination Market Final Document," which was approved and entered into force with the Authority Decision dated 08.05.2017 and numbered 2017/DK-SRD/152, stating that the expressions and assessments limiting the price squeeze obligation to voice services and call origination services offered within multi-service packages have been removed due to the aforementioned Court Decision
