As a result of the 4th round market analysis studies conducted regarding leased circuit services offered at wholesale and retail levels, the final market analysis document has been approved by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority with the Board Decision dated 06.04.2017 and numbered 2017/DK-SRD/117, and has been published on our institution's website (You can access the relevant document from the Market Definitions and Market Analyses page).
As a result of the analyses and evaluations conducted to ensure and maintain an effective competitive environment in the sector, Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ has been designated, within the framework of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, the Market Analysis Regulation, the Access and Interconnection Regulation, and other relevant legislation;
